Return Period: Customers can request a return within 3 days from the date of delivery.
Condition of Products: To be eligible for a return, products must be unused, unopened, and in resalable condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.
Conditions for Return:
Damaged Products: If the product is damaged upon receipt, you can request a return.
Wrong Product: If you received the wrong product, you can request a return.
Unopened Products: If you wish to return unopened products and there is no fault on our part, you are responsible for returning them in good condition.

Once your return request is approved, we will arrange for a courier to collect the products within three days.
For online payments, we will process the refund to the same payment method once we receive the returned item. Please allow a few working days for the refund to appear in your account.
Return Shipping:
Unopened Items: If you wish to replace unopened items without any fault on our part, a shipping charge of 25 AED will apply.
No Replacement Available: If we cannot replace the item, we will refund you minus the 25 AED shipping charge.
Faulty or Incorrect Items: If you receive a wrong or damaged item, shipping charges will not be deducted.
Damaged or Defective Products:
If you receive a product that is damaged, leaking, or incorrect, please provide photos or proof of the issue.
Returns will only be processed if the issue is verified as genuine.
International Returns:
Orders cannot be canceled or returned once they have been shipped.
