1. General Terms
This page outlines the Terms & Conditions under which iBuy4All (“we”, “our”, “us”, “the Company”) supplies any products (“Products”) listed on www.ibuy4all.com (the “Site”).
The iBuy4All website and domain are owned and operated by SR International, located at Shams Media City, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates.
By placing an order on this Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer, which together govern your use of this Site. You may print a copy of these Terms for your records.
Payment & Usage Policies

Visa and MasterCard debit/credit cards in AED are accepted.

No services or products will be provided to OFAC- or sanction-listed countries.

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account login details and for all activities conducted under their account.
2. How the Contract Is Formed
2.1 Placing an Order
You may place an order by following the on-screen instructions on the Site. Before submitting your order, you will have the opportunity to review and correct any errors. Clicking “Make Payment” confirms your intention to purchase.
2.2 Order Confirmation
Once your order is submitted, you will receive an Order Confirmation email containing your order details and reference number. This email confirms receipt of your order but does not constitute acceptance.
2.3 Dispatch Confirmation
A legally binding contract is formed only when we send you a Dispatch Confirmation email, confirming that your Products have been shipped. The contract applies solely to the Products listed in that dispatch confirmation.
2.4 Order Refusal
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion without liability.
2.5 Reasons an Order May Not Be Processed

2.6 Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
2.7 Country of Domicile
The Company’s country of domicile is the United Arab Emirates.
2.8 Age Restriction
Users under the age of 18 years are not permitted to register or transact on the Site.
2.9 Secure Payments
All payment information is securely processed by our payment gateway providers. We do not store card details on our servers.
2.10 Customer Responsibility
Customers are advised to retain copies of transaction records, invoices, and order confirmations for reference.
3. Risk & Ownership
Products become your responsibility upon successful delivery to the address provided during checkout. We are not liable for loss or damage after delivery, except where items are received faulty or incorrect.
Ownership of Products transfers to you only after full payment has been received and delivery has been completed.
4. Price & Payment
4.1 Product Pricing
All prices displayed on the Site include applicable VAT, unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges are excluded and shown separately at checkout.
4.2 Delivery Charges
Delivery costs vary based on location and are clearly displayed before order confirmation.
4.3 Price Changes
Price changes do not affect orders that have already received a Dispatch Confirmation.
4.4 Payment Requirement
Full payment is required before order processing. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and other supported payment methods displayed at checkout.
4.5 Card Authorization
All card payments are subject to authorization by the issuing bank. Orders with declined authorization will not be processed.
4.6 Pricing Errors
In case of an incorrect price displayed due to a system or typographical error, we reserve the right to cancel the order or contact you for confirmation before dispatch.
5. Cancellation, Returns & Refunds
5.1 Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled before dispatch. Cancellation requests after dispatch may not be accepted.
5.2 Returns
Products may be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
5.3 Refund Processing
Refunds are processed within approximately 15 working days after we receive and inspect the returned items.
5.4 Faulty or Incorrect Products
If you receive a faulty or incorrect Product, please contact us immediately. Eligible items may be replaced or refunded in accordance with applicable laws.
5.5 Non-Returnable Items
Certain products, including opened perfumes, cosmetics, or hygiene-related items, may not be eligible for return due to health and safety regulations.
5.6 Statutory Rights
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory consumer rights under UAE law.
5.7 Refund Method
Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used during purchase.
